A friend of mine send me the link to this music video and I was pleasantly surprised and touched by it. I love the message Lover's Tom Goss conveys and the commentary on Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell (DADT), so I just had to share it with all of you.

As a former Soldier I know the pain of DADT. What is worse is that the man singing in the video will never know if his spouse was injured or killed in action. I think the video portrays that well when you think the soldier is home you find that he is not leaving you to wonder if he survived or not. it brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for this video.
Anonymous, thank you for your comment. DADT really should go!
I agree that it should be repealed. I haven't been reading blogs for the past several days, but I actually had this video scheduled for today. I asked my husband to watch it and it made him cry. It was also the first time that he has seen intimacy between to men. I asked him about it and he stated that he was more okay with it than he thought...it was okay for him.
For me, the video made me cry and become even more angry at all the politics surrounding an issue that should have never been implemented in the first place.
Clueless, I am very impressed with your husband's response. It just goes to show that people can move beyond their own biases and prejudices. Let's hope that more people's minds and heart will open as time goes by and that DADT gets repealed!
